	The tamed shrew says: Oh yes, I remember not voting for it in the Town Hall! The best I can explain it is as follows: an all-singing-all-dancing edifice which will tell us the time, the day, the year, where we are in the world - by the sun?? A concrete and steel yacht-similar non-user-friendly sculpture, more fitted for the South Bank of the Thames than Stornoway. Grey? Sure! Steel - yes! Pointed? Yes! Will split heads at a shove, will be a great thing for graffitti (hmmm!) and there's only one thing I think has going for it... it would be a great place to have a projected light-show of our pictures of Stornoway - haha! 	The tamed shrew says: Thanks Margherita! Some of the tubs have been done by school children as projects - I believe most if not all of the shop-keepers sponsor the hanging baskets. It's a nice bit of colour. :) Posted 5 weeks ago. ( permalink )
