Cool shot ;-)
I know, sometimes it is hard to get
highlight and shadow in one shot when there
is snow & ice. Here has it worked fine. I
love the line of the cleavage, the blue sky
and the small people – showing how big this
nature is.

What a wonderful view and bravo on the well
done exposure here. Pretty tough lighting
conditions. How deep is that crevasse?

@ Shari DeAngelo: the crevasses in southern
Norwegian glaciers are max ca 40 meters deep
- due to ice pressure and the temperature of
the glacier. I guess this one was 25-30
meters deep. Plenty deep enough to be
impressive, imo :-)

40 Celsus is a common temperature by summer
in my town.
Per I know in Mexico we just have one
glacier, in the topof Popocatepetl volcano.
