About off the*deep*end / Aimee

I'm a mom. I'm a wife. I'm a sister. I'm a friend. I'm a granddaughter. I'm an aunt. I'm a photographer. I'm a Texan through and through. I'm a smartass. I'm a hippie at heart. I'm disorganized and forgetful. That's about all I can say about me that matters. :) It is all of the annoying things that I do that drives everyone insane...that I call the beauty of being me. Ecclectic at best, annoying at worst - it IS me. :)

I shoot Canon. I don't have a huge artillery and I don't really need it. I sold off everything I had not been using, and I've not missed any of it - so now I can pride myself on not being an equipment junkie any longer. haha! I kinda like being able to say that, just like I like saying I don't watch reality TV.


I currently live in the UK, we just got here and LOVE it so far! We're just getting settled so there is so so SO much more to see!

I don't love all these stairs so much..,,
I haven't found any food I like yet. Pizza hut, that's it. I am not a huge pizza hut fan, and I kinda just lost a lot of weight, so a diet of pizza hut is not cool.
I am dying to go shopping!
I think the exchange rate with dollars to pound really BLOWS and its sort of sickening to buy some things. :|
I'm taking time off for several months to just be a MOM before I start working over here. Its taking some time, but I am finally starting to really enjoy getting to just hang out with my boys and I can relax and not worry so much about what people WANT from me.
I'm a mean merry go round spinner.
I have 1500 photos on my portable EHD that I can't share with anyone!!!!!!!! Its killing me!

I think I wave and smile too much when in the car for British people's taste. Sorry, its Texas at work there... ;) Y'all will get used to it! hehe
