This is about my Pro Payment. This has been dragging on for TWO months. I am case numbers - 779272, 795512, 800052 & 801020.

I just posted this too & got NO reply either - www.flickr.com/help/forum/en-us/77403/

I did some digging into other pro payment issues & saw an address where someone else was told to send their payment to this address -

CAN I JUST MAIL A MONEY ORDER TO THIS ADDRESS???????????

I am not sure what spam folders are but as far as I can tell I have not gotten any reply since 7/18, & that was just asking for info I have already sent countless other times. I will try to find the spam folders though.

I am wondering about that address now though... if I can just send a money order to that address & cut my losses on the other $24.95 I have already "paid".

Do you know anything about that address? How come that isn't listed as a payment option if other people were told they could send payments there too?

I've never seen that address, so can't advise whether it's a good idea to send money there or not. I wouldn't -- not until staff has sorted you out with your various case numbers.

I do see a Pro next to your name though -- are you worried about it running out? If you've already paid, and you are Pro now, what is the problem?

Unfortunately, when multiple cases are opened, it ends up confusing the person who opened the case and often responds to questions with "But I told you that already in case ###" and not knowing that someone else has the new case you opened. Billing help (when you use the option for "I am having a problem with a payment for Flickr Pro") goes directly to Yahoo! Billing and has a little bit different process.

Your case is pretty complicated from what I could read, and we'll see if this one can be easily detangled. But the pro-ness we gave you before is still good for a while longer, so hang on! :)

Yeah it says Pro because someone named Terrell (staff) gave me a month of Pro for free while my payment is supposedly being investigated but it re-expires Aug 5. I am not sure what the problem actually is. I cannot get anyone at Flickr to tell me. All I know is that I am trying to pay using my friends credit card. Flickr took $2 off the card for some sort of verification more than 2 weeks ago. But for some reason they won't take the $24.95 & no one will say why. THAT'S the problem.

I understand exactly what you mean about multiple case numbers. That makes sense, but I never meant to get multiple case numbers. I just kept trying to get help because I wasn't getting any & it ended up that way. Seems like each one just dead ended & the next thing I knew someone else was actually replying & thus a new case number. All the info at each case number is the same anyway. Why is it that you think this is complicated? What is it that you are reading on your end? Maybe you could tell me what the payment problem is. I am trying not to be impatient with all of this but this has been dragging on for 2 months now. I am hoping maybe you or someone can help me.
