I've never seen that address, so can't advise whether it's a good idea to send money there or not. I wouldn't -- not until staff has sorted you out with your various case numbers.
I do see a Pro next to your name though -- are you worried about it running out? If you've already paid, and you are Pro now, what is the problem?

Hey sleepless_aquarius- No, you cannot mail a payment into that address, I am sorry. We used to allow mailed in payments, that's old information.
Unfortunately, when multiple cases are opened, it ends up confusing the person who opened the case and often responds to questions with "But I told you that already in case ###" and not knowing that someone else has the new case you opened. Billing help (when you use the option for "I am having a problem with a payment for Flickr Pro") goes directly to Yahoo! Billing and has a little bit different process.
Your case is pretty complicated from what I could read, and we'll see if this one can be easily detangled. But the pro-ness we gave you before is still good for a while longer, so hang on! :)

Kevin - I wish it weren't old info. I would just cut my losses on the $24.95 I have already "paid" & mail a money order in a minute. But it looks like credit card payment is the only option. I do not have a credit card that is why I gave my friend $24.95 on his credit card. As I told Zyrcster Flickr took $2 off the card more than 2 weeks ago for some kind of verification, but won't take the $24.95 for some reason & no one will tell me why.
I understand exactly what you mean about multiple case numbers. That makes sense, but I never meant to get multiple case numbers. I just kept trying to get help because I wasn't getting any & it ended up that way. Seems like each one just dead ended & the next thing I knew someone else was actually replying & thus a new case number. All the info at each case number is the same anyway. Why is it that you think this is complicated? What is it that you are reading on your end? Maybe you could tell me what the payment problem is. I am trying not to be impatient with all of this but this has been dragging on for 2 months now. I am hoping maybe you or someone can help me.
