No there is no direct way to transfer the photos from one account to another. Its just possible to download the photos to your PC and then re-upload them again into the pro account.

thanks, is there a menu to download them, or does it take a certain program to do so?

Here, you can use this batch download application to download your photos from one Flickr account, complete with titles, tags, and descriptions, and upload them to a new Flickr account:
Migratr
You will not get the comments or faves, though, and if you are downloading from a free account you will not have access to the original sizes.
