What are those buttons across the top of the pictures called?

I have been trying to find this out for weeks!! I also can't figure out how to set them up.

..I call 'em the "buttons across the top of the picture"
..I can see "Fav this", "Blog this" and "All sizes" above your photos ..you can probably see a bunch more stuff, but that's 'cause they're your photos ..you can control who sees what in Your Account >> Privacy and Permissions ..did you have a more specific question?

..as noted above: go to Your Account >> Privacy and Permissions ..there are a variety of options, but for example:
..if you don't want people to blog your photos, edit "Who can blog your photo" to "only you"
..if you only want your contacts to be able to download your photos, edit "Who can download your stuff" to "your contacts"
..if you want everyone on Flickr to be able to print your photos, edit "Who can print your photos" to "any Flickr member"
..etc., etc., etc.
..the buttons seen above your photos by visitors to your photostream is based on the selections you make

The pictures are often referred to as 'icons' as well as 'buttons'
