I received mine together, with my second order.
However! I ordered one with my first batch and couldn't figure out why the holder didn't arrive with the cards. I went back and checked my order, somehow, I had dropped it off the order. :-)

Checked my order and it's definitely there and is listed as "dispatched"...however, it's listed on a separate line with a separate "dispatched" next to it. It's so tiny, it just seems crazy that they would ship it separately...there was plenty of room for it in the package.

Just heard back from Moo...they're shipping another out...said it had shipped, but apparently got lost in the mail-so I guess they did ship them separately?!

Hmmm...seems as if everyone's shipped together, which is the obvious, logical thing to do. I have a feeling that they just forgot to include it in my order. Oh well...guess it will be here in another week or so.

mine were not with my original order and when contacted, moo said they'd ship another. i'm disappointed as i'll be travelling on business and i don't think they'll be here in time. oh well. i guess i'll be picking up some altoid gum in the meantime. :-)

I got mine in the same package as the cards.
Perhaps their inventory of holders was low at the time your cards were ready?
