About Buffalo and Western New York

The ORIGINAL area-centric focused group for photos taken in and around Buffalo/WNY/Niagara (including Niagara Falls)... basically anything west of Rochester. Subjects can be places, scenery, events, architecture, parks, landscapes, streets, people in action, etc.

You do NOT have to be a WNY resident to join this group! Have you travelled through the area and have great pics? Post them here! Or even if you just love the area, or moved away and miss it, feel free to join in and browse all the great images that have been contributed.

If you have an idea for a group shootout, know of upcoming special events or other happenings around the area, please create a topic and let us know. If a location has been defined/scheduled and posted, our group shootouts are public and all are welcome to join in.

Photos posted to the pool must be related the WNY region in some way.

Note: This is a focused pool that has been spawned off of the main Buffalo group which allows more general content.

Lovers of decay, rot, and all things crusty, dusty, musty, and rusty:
Check out The Urbex Buffalo group for the finest images of the area's forsaken industrial, condemned, and uninhabitable places! (NOTE: Some folks have ruined it for the rest, therefore the rules have changed. Photos in this group can only be viewed by members; in order to join you must have some sort of exploration photos of WNY in your stream.)
